Victoria MCTS reported a 28' foot broken-down gillnet vessel requesting assistance off Westshore Terminal. Aux 09 was tasked to towed Miss Ruby to Delta Port. Aux 9 - Roberts Bank Lifeboat - 0.8. After speaking to the boats owner we were informed that two Marine Biologist's were on board and where removed from the Miss Ruby by a JJM construction boat that was near by working on the port expansion. The Biologist's were out trying to set Marine Mammal Monitoring stations in the Tsawwassen Deltaport boat basin.
