Area of Operations

The MV Roberts Bank Lifeboat has a 300 Nm range. Our operations area tends to be localized dependant upon the task or mission at hand. Fraser River operations have extended towards New Westminster, Annacis Island, Ladner Harbour and all the islands around Richmond and Delta.

The red outlined area is where we mainly operate. The orange area is where we have extended operations. The yellow line represents the US / Canada boundary. The vessel can operate beyond these areas as required, for example several missions have included tows and searches in the Gulf Islands and Active Pass areas.

Stations are maintained at Roberts Bank Superport (Deltaport) and Ladner Harbour.
